Building repairs/Requests for work

Emergencies- flood / broken glass

• Call the Customer Service Center at 3-4948 for emergency cleaning including floods, spills, minor safety hazards; please cc the Facilities Administrator on all public space related emergencies.
• For broken glass or more serious building emergencies dial 3-4948
• Life safety emergencies should be directed to Campus Police:

Repairs, installations, and cleaning

• Should all be submitted via Atlas and you can find details on creating requests and who you have to copy here on our Atlas Facilities Reporting page under the Creating Service Requests section. 

Special requests

• Special cleaning requests are processed through SAP. Please contact your administrative assistant to facilitate this for you.
• Requested work such as carpentry, rubbish removal, paint etc. are processed through SAP. Please contact your administrative assistant to facilitate this for you.
