Journal Vouchers are used to transfer costs, and and to make corrections between MIT departmental accounts. They are easily created within Atlas. Help is available within the application on the JV Resources tab. There are also helpful articles in the IS&T Knowledge Base
General Ledger accounts are six digit cost classification numbers. Find the right G/L account by searching in either Excel or PDF format. Email fiscal-lib@mit.edu for help when a specific G/L is not available for your transfer/correction.
