The LexisNexis Academic interface is simple and provides quick access to SEC filings although coverage is limited to larger-sized public companies. Includes the following SEC filings: 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F, 8-K, proxy statements, prospectuses, registration statements, Form 4 & Form 144. Off-campus access (MIT ONLY) requires MIT web certificates.

To search: Go to LexisNexis Academic. From the opening screen, select Companies from the menu at left, then select SEC Filings. Search All Filings and browse results for 10-Ks; this search does not work accurately when trying to limit to only the 10-K filings.
