Cassandra has been working at the MIT Libraries since 2004. She started as a library assistant at the Library Storage Annex and now oversees access and information services for Barker, Dewey, Hayden, and Rotch Libraries. She manages the customer aspect of the Textbook Information Provisioning (TIP) service and collaborates to develop new services, policies, and procedures for the Libraries’ Information Delivery and Library Access department.
