How can Peter help you?

Peter can help you find information about music. Whether you are writing a music paper for class, conducting research, looking for a music score, or wanting a specific CD or DVD, Peter will be happy to assist you. He is also available to provide library tours and instruction sessions for classes.


Peter has been the Music Librarian at MIT since 1992. In previous work, he was the Music Librarian at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1984-1992. He holds a PhD in music history and a Master of Library Science degree.
