What is MetaCore?

MetaCore is an integrated software suite for functional analysis of experimental data. MetaCore is based on a curated database of human protein-protein, protein-DNA interactions, transcription factors, signaling and metabolic pathways, disease and toxicity, and the effects of bioactive molecules. 

Use MetaCore for functional analysis of:

  • gene expression
  • metabolomics
  • proteomics
  • siRNA
  • SNPs
  • HCS

MetaCore includes easy to use, intuitive tools for data visualization, mapping and exchange, multiple networking algorithms and filters. Visit MetaCore to learn more.

MetaCore offers fairly robust training resources online.
For tutorials and assistance once you are logged into the application:
1.       Once you log in to the application, you will see two horizontal menus at the top of the page.  In the upper-most menu, select “Help”.   You should now be on the MetaCore Help page.  Here you will find a variety of resources. 
2.       From the upper-most Help menu, click on “Tutorials and Training” and you will see links to download the PDF versions of the training manuals as well as links to the recorded monthly MetaCore online training sessions. On-line tutorials for MetaCore can also be found in the Questions & Answers section of this Help menu. 
It is also possible to access the training manuals without logging in to MetaCore:

Customer Support at MetaCore is a wonderful resource for help and application specialists are happy to provide training via WebEX, as well.
