To report a problem with WorldCat or BLC Navigator
- If WorldCat or the Navigator request pages are entirely unavailable:
- Check the OCLC system link at http://www.oclc.org/us/en/support/systemalerts
- If the system is down (pages do not display), nothing can
be done locally; ask the patron to try again later, and contact
Christine Moulen (email@example.com, or 617-253-0757) to report the problem.
- If the system is working (pages display properly) but you are seeing an error message about a particular request, send email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem.
