We report a change in encoding level on a monograph record to "J" when we CONSERize the serial record to level "b" (blank), and the monograph record(s) on OCLC have LCCN numbers in the 010 field.
LC needs to be notified that this title is no longer being treated as a monograph, but as a serial.
The report regarding these records is simply a list of the monograph LCCN numbers given to DVH along with the OCLC# of the serial record.
