The Curation and Preservation Services (CPS) guide is divided into three sections:
- Disaster Response - how to handle water and fire emergencies that impact collections, as well as mold and insect infestations
- Get Help - services and supplies that CPS provides, and how to request them
- Training - training resources for library staff in other departments
