As part of Data Management Services, Christine helps MIT researchers manage their research data from study conception through collection, analysis, storage, and sharing, with particular interests and expertise in file-level organization workflows and data visualization.
Christine is also part of the Citation Management & Writing Tools team, supporting the use of citation management tools (e.g., Zotero and Mendeley) and LaTeX authoring in Overleaf, and she can help you with statistical software, basic analysis, and visualization as part of the Libraries’ Statistical Services.
Christine began at the MIT Libraries in 2014 as the Library Fellow for Research Data Management and became the Research Data Librarian in 2016. She was previously the Science & Data Services Librarian at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR. Christine transitioned to the field of data management after a career in science communications and academic research management.
