Felicity can help you learn more about our library services, specifically in regards to borrowing materials and accessing library spaces. She can also help you with questions about Course Reserves; resource sharing, including Interlibrary Borrowing & Loan; and stored collections.

Education/Experience:

Felicity joined the MIT Libraries as Head of Information Delivery and Library Access (ID&LA) in early 2016 and previously worked as the Associate Law Librarian for Access and Student Services at Emory University's Law Library. She has also worked at Southern Polytechnic University, Saint Anselm College and the University of New Hampshire.
