Before your interview:
Learn about the company. Know the most recent performance data, who runs the company, and where they conduct business.
Check national and local news sources to find out more about the company. Search the company name and executives, and words like "interview," "hire," or "salary" to get deeper information.. You can also search for news of the industry in general.
Find out if your interests and values align with the company. Search news databases for the company name and words like: philanthropy, charity, donation, LGBT* (the asterisk is a wildcard that captures all iterations), dog friendly, corporate culture, sustainability, environment, etc.
