Autobiographical Writing
For Students:
Writing, Rhetoric, and Professional Communication (WRAP) is devoted to teaching students how to analyze and produce effective communication. They teach written, oral, and visual communication to over 4000 students a year while also offering semester-long subjects and specialized workshops on a variety of communication topics for graduate students.
Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER) brings the MIT community together in educational activities that promote wellness, a diverse and inclusive environment, leadership, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence through competition, physical activity, and recreation.

DoingWell provides the MIT community with resources to care for mind and body, foster meaningful relationships and find purpose in all aspects of life. Developed by the Office of Student Wellbeing to empower students to prioritize their wellbeing journey.
Student Mental Health & Counseling Services works with students at MIT to identify, understand, and solve problems, and to help transform that understanding into positive action.
