Visual Literacy

Visual literacy is an important 21st century skill that increases one's ability to:

  • Locate, criticaly evaluate and effectively use visual information
  • Determine the source of an image and its metadata
  • Understand the copyright restrictions on the use of an image
  • Properly cite an image
