Adlib is a group consisting of Libraries' Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistant designed to create, facilitate, document, improve, communicate and maintain consistent processes for complex operational and administrative tasks that are most easily handled by a centralized team.
The agenda is set by members. Colleagues in related functional areas—Communications, Development, HR, Facilities, Finance—while not officially part of adlib are invited to contribute and present agenda items, as needed.
