Office of the Director: Campus Activities Compex Rooms

The Campus Activities Office (CAC) and the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, & Recreation (DAPER) have rooms and facilities available for scheduling that are good choices for "events" rather than regular meetings. Rooms can be set up to your preference, and there is usually a small reservation charge and set-up fee. CAC and DAPER have implemented a virtual scheduling system to request their spaces. CAC/DAPER provide instructions for using the system. You will need to obtain a user name and password to log-in.
