The IT Infrastructure Group provides core computing and data storage services in support of the MIT Libraries. The group manages the Libraries’ computer hardware and keeps the Libraries' electronic systems on-line, functioning, and available in a reliable, safe, and secure way. We provide help desk support to Libraries’ staff and technical assistance and consulting on Libraries development projects, initiatives, services, and research.
