Note: Online access to the Sanborn Maps is only available to members of the MIT Community (by using web certificates).
Library of Congress Sanborn map collection
The majority of the online maps were created prior to 1900.

Sanborn Maps for the United States in Rotch Library

In addition to the collection of Sanborn Fire Insurance maps for Massachusetts, Rotch Library also has maps for a limited number of other US states, in print and on microfilm.
