Make the title indicative of what you think others will find useful to adapt. You may list it more than once if you think there is more than one activity that others might use.
Include your name and date in the title (for example, Szarko, Fall 2012).
List course number in the description, not the title.
Include a description in the roll-over field that explains something more about the material covered, the class it was for, instructor, level of students, etc.
