D&B Historical Records
Provides access to over 45 years of point-in-time data for U.S. private and public companies. Data goes back to 1969 with the exception of 1981 and 1984 which are unavailable.
Lists public, private, and nonprofit global companies that can be searched using a set of criteria and downloaded. Company profile includes news, corporate overviews, financial data, market research reports, analyst reports, executive biographies, SWOT analysis, significant developments, strategic initiatives, industry norms, and market share.
Historical, global coverage of equities, stock markets, commodities, futures, currencies, options, bond markets, company financials, and economic data. The database is updated daily, and historical equity information goes back as far as 1973, though coverage varies across countries and types of content. Source for information on the global commercial loan market. These transactions finance M&A activity, working capital needs and other general corporate purposes for loan participants world-wide. Dealscan sources include regulatory filings, bank submissions and journalist contributions.
Direct Marketing Educational Foundation -DMEF (via WRDS)
