Earnings calls, consensus estimates and conference call transcripts
Search by company name or ticker and then follow the CIQ estimates link on the left navigation bar. for data on consensus earnings, guidance, surprises, trends and revisions.New users can register for an account by following the New User? link on the screen. Login to MIT VPN first if registering for an account remotely .
Conference call transcripts are available in Factiva, usually within two days of publication from Fair Disclosure. Coverage goes back to January 2002.
I/B/E/S (via WRDS)
The Institutional Brokers Estimates System provides consensus and detail forecasts from security analysts, including earnings per share, revenue, cash flow, long-term growth projections and stock recommendations. U.S. data begins in 1976 and international data begins in 1987. Both detail and consensus data is available. In 2000, I/B/E/S data was integrated with Thomson Reuter's First Call and in 2012, First Call was discontinued. I/B/E/S Guidance includes company-issued guidance data from more than 6,000 North American companies and 2,000 global companies.
Nexis Uni (formerly LexisNexis)
FD (Fair Disclosure) Wire provides transcripts to Nexis Uni. The FD Wire coverage began April 2001. Some calls will have an event brief analyzing the earnings and summarizing the call.
Select SCREENING & ANALYSIS->RESEARCH. Search by company and limit results to transcripts by entering Thomson Reuters Streetevents in the Contributor field. Thomson ONE works with Internet Explorer only. If using Microsoft Edge, click on three dots (...) on top right, to access Internet Explorer. IE versions 10 or higher may require running the database in compatibility view.
