Note: As of Jan/Feb 2021, for data privacy, we have enabled the following settings:
LibChat data (name, email, SMS/phone, IP) are scrubbed after 4 months; internal staff chats are scrubbed after 30 days
LibCal data (name, email) are scrubbed after 4 months
LibWizard data (name, email, phone, IP addresses, and any fields designated for data scrubbing in individual forms) are scrubbed after 4 months
