Managing existing subscriptions

Spreadsheets of titles ordered and encumbrances on each CoP's ZNEW account are kept in the CSM folder on the R-drive. Check them to see the amount of money a CoP has available for new titles.
Selecting new subscriptions
Selectors propose new journals, databases & other ongoing resources for their CoP to consider via Wish Lists. Orders are placed for titles that have been selected through group consensus.
Selectors learn about new journals and databases in various ways. Turnaway and ILB data can be used to identify journals needed by the MIT community. See the Selector Toolkit Analysis page for these reports.
