- Call the Customer Service Center for all emergency cleaning:

- Life safety emergencies should be directed to MIT Police
- 100 from a campus phone

- Slack/email the Emergency Management & Environmental Monitoring Team so they can respond to the event

Repairs, installations, and cleaning
- Should all be submitted via Atlas and the Facilities Administrator should be copied on all requests
- Details on requesting can be found on in the Creating Service Requests on PSDocs
- Some request will ask for a cost objective. If you do not have cost object permissions you should contact your Administrative Assistant to enter the request for you
Special requests
- Special cleaning requests involved costs and only staff with cost object permissions can submit them. Please contact your Administrative Assistant to facilitate this for you if you do not have the permissions.
Larger requests for building work
- Larger requests for building renovations/upgrades must be submitted via your department. Department heads have a form they can submit to ask for funds/planning help/etc.
- The Facilities Administrator can help with determining if a request rises to the level of a formal request for funds or it an Atlas ticket is the right avenue to use.
