The following training and development resources are just some of those available to the staff of the MIT Libraries. Some are provided by MIT; others are provided by external, library-related organizations. Staff members are invited to consult these listings when exploring opportunities for professional development and should consult with their supervisors in determining workshops appropriately geared toward his or her own developmental needs.
