Request Marketing Support

Do you have an event, service, or program to promote? Marketing and Communications can help -- just fill out our Marketing Support Request Form.

When should I fill out the form?
Please fill out the form a minimum of 10 business days before the materials are needed in hand. For events, this is usually four to six weeks ahead of the event at a minimum. Please give us as much lead time as possible.

What materials are available?
The following are available to promote most library events and programs:

  • Letter-size (8.5 x 11”) flyers - default format will be digital; print copies available by request
  • Digital displays above library desks and Infinite Display
  • Social media posts on the Libraries' Twitter and Instagram
  • Inclusion in Libraries e-newsletters (if event is posted online in time)

For print flyers, who distributes them?
The requestor is responsible for posting flyers (and removing them once an event has passed). See more information on Institute postering policies.

What if I need something else that's not listed above?
We also have templates for postcards and bookmarks; these print materials require a longer lead time and are best suited for ongoing services and programs. We can also work with you on other custom requests.
