The Project Management Office (PMO) supports DLS in the selection and execution of projects that deliver high-impact, quality products/services meeting a diverse range of the MIT Libraries user needs. Responsibilities include managing DLS projects and portfolio; leading and facilitating project approval and the project lifecycle; ensuring strategic alignment; providing consultation and training on minor projects or in general when requested; creating transparency; and providing consistency.
